  • We serve Florida and the Southeast (GA, AL, SC, NC, TN, MS). If your job is just outside this area, send the jobsite address and target start date and we’ll confirm within one business day. Mobilization depends on scope, access, and travel time, but we’ll give you a written window before kickoff. For multi-month jobs or multiple sites, we can stage equipment regionally. Confidential projects are fine. We keep client identities private. If needed, we can add nearby states on a case-by-case basis.

  • Typical mobilization ranges from same day to one week, depending on scope, distance, and site access. Share your drawings and target date, and we’ll hold a slot while we finalize details. You’ll get the mobilization window in writing so you can plan crews. We don’t add surprise “rush” fees. If something truly urgent comes up, we’ll tell you exactly what it takes. Everything is documented at project start.

  • We deploy Instantel Micromate seismographs with A-weighted microphones, calibrated to current ISEE/DOT standards (ISO-17025 calibration certificates on file). Thresholds are set to your contract, FDOT Spec 108, USBM/ISEE, or DIN 4150-3 limits, whatever the bid requires. On request we’ll share the spec sheet and a redacted sample report. If your project calls for additional sensors or special placement, we’ll map that in the presurvey. Everything is sealed and logged for your records.

  • Yes... 24/7 SMS/email alerts when readings approach limits. An on-call engineer can advise immediate steps if you see spikes (method change, sequencing, temporary pause). Alerts are logged so you can show proactive control to inspectors. You can add multiple recipients, PM, superintendent, owner’s rep. All alert logic is confirmed during the presurvey.

  • You choose daily or weekly reports, we deliver by the agreed deadline. Reports include PPV, frequency, and overpressure summaries, plus key events and context. Your closeout includes an engineer-signed summary and the project archive. Need a different cadence or a special owner format? We’ll set that up on day one. We’ll also keep data archived (five years) so you have a defensible record if questions arise later.

  • We quote transparent, all-in pricing based on scope, duration, and travel... no surprise “rush” fees. Quotes clearly list what’s included: mobilization, install, monitoring, alerts, reporting cadence, and archiving. Longer durations and multi-site jobs can qualify for package rates. If scope changes (extra sensors, added phases), we issue a simple add-on so you can approve in writing. You’ll know the total before we roll.

  • We’re listed in FDOT’s Small Business Program (BDI) and work on FDOT Spec 108 projects. This is not contractor prequalification and not DBE certification. We follow ISEE/DOT methods and keep calibration documentation on file. If your owner has stricter standards, we’ll match them.

  • Typical work includes bridge/roadway widening, pile driving near occupied buildings, controlled blasting by utilities or historic structures, demolition in tight urban sites, and deep foundations/compaction. Regions: FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, TN, MS, with mobilization same day–1 week depending on scope. If you need more units on a large site, we can scale.

Why This Matters?

Missing monitoring can mean stop-work ordersdamage disputes, and weeks of schedule drift. Live data, instant alerts, and engineer-signed reports keep you compliant and give you a defensible record if questions pop up later.
